Soil drought is an actual problem in Belarus. Deterministic properties of variability of drought indicators presented as main harmonic components are shown as expedient ones. 36-year modeling series of indicators of soil drought obtained by retrospective method are presented in this article as n/2 of harmonic components for 6 regional weather stations of Belarus. A significant reduction in the total dispersion of the original series was detected as harmonic trends are calculated and deleted.
