The principles of sustainable use of drained land of Polysya in bioorganic farming system are grounded. By multivariate imitation computer modeling the search of most perspective variants of branch structure of agricultural production. It is based on the creation of complete cycles of biogenic macro- and micronutrients. Creating of infrastructure adapted to biomass production potential requires significant capital expenditures. However, the cost of modern infrastructure pays off in 2 -3 years, after which net income may reach 30 thousand $/ ha.
