The article presents the results of four studies on the effectiveness of the indigenous methods of improvement. Revealed that the most productive technique was, turf grass cover after treatment, the yield of hay, depending on the mineral nutritio n ranged from 70,1 to 103,2 c/ha. In addition, this acquisition provides the highest yield of the exchange energy, feed units and the collection of crude protein per hectare. Depending on the mineral nutrition gain with respect to growth of grass without improvement were: 37,09 ... 41,55 GJ/ha, 2,73 ... 3,30 thousand and 478 ... 612 kg/ha respectively.
